UTS hereby informs that emergency maintenance work will be performed on its telecommunication platform during the early morning hours of Friday October 2, 2020 between midnight and 4:00am.
Due to this, customers may experience an interruption of approximately 10 minutes in their home internet service and mobile data.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you in advance for the understanding as we continue to improve our services.
Update: Customers who are experiencing loss of service are asked to turn their modem/router off and then on again.
