Invitation to express interest Managed Access Fiber Network on Curaçao

Given the magnitude and expected complexity of the Project, Fiberco will only select contractors for participation in the tender procedure that comply with certain objective and non-discriminatory requirements. These include but shall not be limited to:

• no grounds for exclusion being present; grounds for exclusion include but are not limited to (i) having been convicted of certain punishable acts, (ii) being declared bankrupt, (iii) having received a suspension of payment, and (iv) not having complied with obligations with regard to the payment of taxes or social insurance premiums;
• financial and economic capacity to carry out the Project; and
• having the required technical skill to carry out the Project.

If you are a local or international contractor and wish to be considered by Fiberco to be selected for participation in the tender procedure, please submit a written expression of interest in pdf-format to the e-mail address: purchasing@uts.cw with reference “expression of interest Fiberco Project tender procedure Curaçao” on or before September 12, 2017, addressed to Mr. Richel Baromeo. Although it is not required to submit any additional information with the expression of interest, you are at liberty to submit any written information that you deem useful for Fiberco to decide, at its sole discretion, if it wishes to select you for participation in the tender procedure. No rights can be derived from this public invitation or the submittal of an expression of interest. Fiberco shall have no obligation to select a contractor that has submitted an expression of interest for participation in the tender procedure, and Fiberco shall not be precluded from selecting a contractor that has not submitted an expression of interest for participation in the tender procedure.
