• How can I pay my UTS bill?

  The different payment options are all UTS Authorized Distributors, pay points of Pagomátiko and Pagafásil/PSB, at the bank, and via online banking.

   At one of over 50 Pagafasil Points conveniently located all over Curaçao. Don’t forget to take your invoice with you.

  Via Online Banking

  Via Direct Debit or Standing Order
  We debit your bank account (Direct Debit) or you give your bank instructions to pay us every month (Standing Order). The benefits are:

  • No additional charge;
  • It’s time saving;
  • No risk of being disconnected at the end of the month;
  • Sign up can be done at all UTS Stores;
    Required documents are a valid identification and bank card Information/ bank statement to confirm the bank account.
• How do I reach the helpdesk if I have trouble with my internet connection?

  Please call our Helpdesk at 9242 and choose option 3, after you have chosen your language, for further assistance.

  Opening hours:
  Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm and on Saturdays from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

• Where can I inform UTS that I will be moving and how much does it cost?

  Customers can go to any of our UTS Stores for this. Moving of an internet connection is ANG 79.50 and the moving of a telephone line is ANG 159.00.

• Can I check my current speed?

  You can check your speed with the UTS Speed Test.

• Is it possible to use a Telefasil line for internet at home?

  Yes, a monthly fee of ANG 25 is required.

• When I apply for the internet at home service do I have to buy the modem separately?

  No, you do not have to buy a modem separately; the modem is free of charge

• What is the installation fee for my internet connection at home?
  • Open contracts: ANG 106,-
  • 1 year contracts: ANG 53,-
• What do I pay per month for my home internet service?
