Service interruption

There is currently a service interruption due to an accidental break in a primary UTS fiber optic cable, caused by a third party. Because of this, parts of Blue Bay, Curasol and Boka Samí do not have fixed telephone and internet service.

UTS has started the process of repairing the cable break and it is expected that the services will be restored for all customers by the latest tomorrow, Thursday December 12, at 5 pm.

UTS sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience that this may cause.
