Dear clients,

We took notice of an issue regarding incoming calls from The Netherlands which are not reaching our clients all the time. We would like to inform everyone experiencing this issue that this is NOT a UTS/Chippie related issue on our network platform, but rather an issue from some providers in The Netherlands. UTS did report this already to the provider(s) in The Netherlands. In case you are experiencing this issue with incoming calls from the Netherlands, please advise the caller to notify their local telecom provider in The Netherlands as well.
