Flow and UTS Store will no longer operate via appointment system.

Dear customers,

Please note that as of today the Flow Store at Saliña and the UTS Store at Gosieweg (Novo) will no longer operate via appointment system; we will be issuing ticket numbers to customers in order to be served.

Customers who already have an appointment will be assisted first on the day and time of their appointment. Customers may choose to cancel the appointment they already have if they wish to make use of the walk-in option. Note that customers will then be given a ticket number as all other customers and must wait their turn.

It is our aim to comfortably accommodate as many customers waiting on the inside. However, we will continue to adhere to the strict regulations for social distancing at all times. This may therefore result in some customers having to wait on the outside of the store if we have a high number at any given time
