Flow/UTS committed to enhancing in-store experience

Flow/UTS has introduced a priority line at its retail stores at Saliña and Gosieweg for senior customers.

The island’s leading telecommunications provider has also bolstered its retail teams with the addition of hostesses who will be assisting customers while they are in line.

“We are committed to providing the very best service experience for our customers across the Dutch Caribbean and this particular initiative is about providing a measure of comfort and added efficiency for customers over the age of 60,” said Sulacia Evans, Customer Experience Manager for Flow/UTS Curaçao.

“Over the past few weeks, we have received valuable feedback from customers and we have been listening. Our customers’ satisfaction is our highest priority and we are dedicated to improving all aspects of the customer experience. Already we’ve noticed a significant improvement, especially with our team now assisting customers from the moment they are in line.”

Evans said the company was in the process of revamping and enhancing its overall approach to delivering world-class customer service.

“We know the main reasons why our customers are visiting us in-store or calling the contact centre to resolve an issue, so we are working on different ways to guide our customers without them having to wait in queue when calling or having to physically visit a location, especially during the ongoing pandemic as we are trying to limit traffic in the retails stores,” she said.
